This 2x2 rib + cable scarf is an intuitive and fun design to keep your fingers busy this fall! The scarf is worked in one-piece from the bottom up; the cable charts are mirrored at each end to create visually symmetrical balance.

32 sts and 32 rows = 4” (10 cm) in 2x2 ribbing on Size A needle.
One 24-st cable repeat from Chart B measures approximately 3” (7.6 cm) wide and 2.6” (7 cm) long

About the Designer

Nina Talbot's mother taught her how to knit at a very young age, and she’s been an avid knitter ever since. She enjoys knitting gifts and often creates with a recipient in mind. Her inspiration comes from many different sources, including artwork, nature, and everyday objects. She was born and raised on a beautiful coast of the Russian Far East and now lives with her husband and three children in the beautiful Pacific Northwest.
