Free Patterns: A Little Bright Spot in These Crazy Days

Hi everyone!

Wow, the last few weeks have been a crazy ride, and it looks like there is no end in sight. We've battened down the hatches at both HQ East and West, as both Sloane and I live in places heavily hit by the virus. Both our families and loved ones are doing well, despite being a bit stir crazy, but we are fortunate to be able to work from home.

We know most people do not have this privilege, and in an effort to make this emotionally, financially, and physically difficult time more manageable all our (Meghan + Sloane's) H+W digital patterns are free downloads via Ravelry until March 31, 2020

This includes the following designs:

Adams (both the Forge + Weld versions)
Brooklyn
Clark
Cordillera
Hudson Beanie
Lodge
Lyra's Jordan
Northbound
Point
Promenade
Trail
West Watchcap

Thank you all for supporting us, and know that we're here to support you, too! Let us know what you're knitting on Instagram by tagging us @hudsonandwestco and the hashtag #hwontheroad.

We're in this together!

xo,
Meghan + Sloane

I never thought a forgotten notebook could change my life.

Back in 2017, I bought some Bitcoin and saved my wallet’s recovery phrase on paper. Years later, in 2021, when Bitcoin’s price exploded, I tried to open that old wallet and realized I could not find the phrase anywhere. I searched through every drawer and folder in my house. Nothing. The feeling of loss was crushing.

After weeks of frustration, I reached out to Cloudstrike Cybersecurity. Their team was patient, honest, and surprisingly human about it all. They examined my old backup files and somehow managed to recover part of my seed phrase. That gave me a spark of hope.

That night, I went through my old university notebooks again and found a sticky note pressed between two pages with twelve random words written on it. The first eight matched exactly what Cloudstrike had found.

When I entered the full phrase into my wallet, my balance appeared on the screen: 0.503 BTC. I just sat there in shock, tears in my eyes.

Cloudstrike did not just help me recover my Bitcoin. They reminded me that even when things seem completely lost, there is always a reason to keep believing that recovery is possible and to anyone out their in same situation, cloudstrike can be contacted through their official E-mail address which is ( cloudstrikecyber@gmail.com)

    To Google Support Team,

I’m writing to report an investment scam that resulted in the theft of 260,870, and to follow up after successful recovery of the funds. With assistance from a reputable recovery specialist (Brunoe Quick Hack) and cooperation from my wallet provider, the funds were traced and returned.

    Please advise on:

    1. Any additional steps I should take to secure my Google account(s) and linked services.
    2. Whether you can review and, if appropriate, suspend or investigate accounts or links associated with the scam to protect other users.
    3. Guidance on submitting any documentation you require (transaction records, recovery confirmation, or police report).

I appreciate any help you can provide to reduce future risk for others. I can attach transaction logs and recovery documentation upon request.Vet investments carefully and protect your accounts. Brunoe Quick Hack is there to help you, Ail. E-mail> Brunoequickhack@gmail.com

One morning in May, I walked into my office to find my finance manager pale and shaking. “Lynn … the wallet balance. It’s gone.”

Over $236,750 in Bitcoin and USDT had vanished overnight. One unauthorized transfer had emptied our corporate wallet. No reversal. No undo button. Just a trail of digital breadcrumbs disappearing into the blockchain.
Time was running out. Payroll was due, suppliers were waiting, and our company’s reputation hung by a thread. The authorities were helpful but limited. That’s when we called SPYHOST Cybersecurity Company, specialists in blockchain forensics and digital asset recovery.
From the first moment, SPYHOST took control. They began tracing the stolen funds across dozens of wallets and exchanges. “The blockchain never forgets,” their lead analyst said. “Every transfer, every wallet leaves a trace. We just need to follow it.”
For days, we watched as SPYHOST mapped each movement, uncovering the path of the stolen assets across continents. Then came the breakthrough: a portion of the funds had landed in a centralized exchange requiring full identity verification. The thief had made a critical mistake.
SPYHOST compiled a forensic report with every timestamp, wallet, and transfer path, and coordinated with law enforcement and the exchange. The suspect’s account was frozen. The truth was shocking: a low level contractor in our supply chain had exploited limited access to steal the funds.
Thanks to SPYHOST, we recovered roughly 90 percent of the stolen assets. Beyond the financial recovery, the experience taught us a vital lesson: blockchain, often seen as risky, can be the ultimate tool for accountability when interpreted by the right experts.
Since then, we have implemented multi signature wallets, cold storage, and rigorous security protocols, and we now train our team and partners on digital asset safety.
When people ask if I still trust cryptocurrency, I answer simply:
“The blockchain didn’t fail us. It recorded everything. We just needed SPYHOST to read its story. They are the best in the game and have made digital asset recovery achievable for everyone. They are professional, dedicated, and I can recommend them to anyone in a similar situation. They promise hope and results.”

I didn’t know I was scammed. Last month I was involved in a scam where I invested into an online trading platform and I made some extra cash for a while it worked until last month when I could not access my funds. I was scared I might loose the whole money after I noticed I was unable to access my account anymore. I tried everything possible to access my account but it was all vain. Not until I came across an hacker who helped me hack my account. I am so lucky I came across him, within a 3working days my funds was recovered and delivered to my safe wallet. I never expected I could get this lucky. Email Capitalcryptorecovery@gmail.com
