Free Patterns: A Little Bright Spot in These Crazy Days

Hi everyone!

Wow, the last few weeks have been a crazy ride, and it looks like there is no end in sight. We've battened down the hatches at both HQ East and West, as both Sloane and I live in places heavily hit by the virus. Both our families and loved ones are doing well, despite being a bit stir crazy, but we are fortunate to be able to work from home.

We know most people do not have this privilege, and in an effort to make this emotionally, financially, and physically difficult time more manageable all our (Meghan + Sloane's) H+W digital patterns are free downloads via Ravelry until March 31, 2020

This includes the following designs:

Adams (both the Forge + Weld versions)
Brooklyn
Clark
Cordillera
Hudson Beanie
Lodge
Lyra's Jordan
Northbound
Point
Promenade
Trail
West Watchcap

Thank you all for supporting us, and know that we're here to support you, too! Let us know what you're knitting on Instagram by tagging us @hudsonandwestco and the hashtag #hwontheroad.

We're in this together!

xo,
Meghan + Sloane

I lost $87,000 in a SIM swap attack. One moment my phone had service, the next it was dead. Within minutes, I was locked out of my email, my exchange accounts, and my entire crypto portfolio was emptied. The attacker had convinced my carrier to transfer my number, bypassed my two-factor authentication, and moved fast.

I felt sick. Years of investing, gone in under an hour.

That’s when I found TROJANHACK CYBER SECURITY COMPANY. At first, I was hesitant—there are too many fake recovery “experts” out there. But Trojanhack was different. They were professional, clear, and moved fast. Within 48 hours, they had traced the stolen funds through multiple wallets, identified a key mistake the hacker made, and located the final destination—a KYC-verified account on a lesser-known exchange.

They worked directly with the exchange and law enforcement to freeze the account. In just under two weeks, every cent $87,000—was recovered.

I don’t usually write testimonials, but Trojanhack earned this. They didn’t over promise. They delivered. If you’ve lost crypto to a hack or scam, don’t waste time rather get in touch with Trojanhack. I got my money back because I called the right people and they can be contacted through their official E-mail address which is ( Trojanhack@qualityservice.com ) Give them a trial as they never disappoint.

My name is Matthew Krueger, a 42-year-old software engineer from Seattle. Life was steady until June 2025, when a guaranteed high-yield trading platform lured me in. Slick ads on social media promised 20% weekly returns on Solana (SOL). Desperate to fund my daughter’s college and surprise my wife with a dream vacation, I poured in 12,000 SOL, my entire savings from years of freelance gigs and overtime. The app showed gains at first: 500 SOL, then +1,200. My heart raced with hope. Then, silence. Withdrawals failed. Support vanished. The site went dark. I’d been scammed 12,000 SOL, worth over $2.4 million at peak, gone. My wife, Emily, found me sobbing on the kitchen floor. We trusted together, she whispered, holding our 16-year-old, Lily. Guilt crushed me, I’d failed them.  Friends distanced, shame isolated us. I scoured forums, but recovery experts demanded upfront fees, only to ghost me. Despair peaked when Lily’s college acceptance letter arrived, tuition mocking our ruin. In late July, on a crypto recovery subreddit, a post caught my eye, Alpha Spy Nest saved my ETH real forensics, no BS. Skeptical but broken, I emailed them. Hours later, they replied: Matthew, we’ve seen this scam’s signature fake DEX with wallet drainers. Their team of ex-NSA analysts, blockchain wizards, and lawyers dove in. They mapped the transaction hash, revealing funds laundered through mixers to an Eastern European exchange. Using social engineering, they infiltrated the scammers’ Telegram ops, pinpointing a lazy mule account. Legal hounds filed freezes under EU regs, forensics unraveled the obfuscation. Weeks blurred: daily updates. August 12th, my phone buzzed: 10,000 SOL secured. Transferring now. I collapsed, weeping. More than money, they restored us, trust, laughter, future. Today, I mentor scam victims, crediting Alpha Spy Nest for our miracle. If shadows fall, light finds a way. In early 2024, I was desperate for a breakthrough. After losing my job during a company downsizing, I turned to investing hoping to grow my savings into something that could give me a second chance. That’s when I came across what looked like a golden opportunity: a high yield crypto investment platform that promised guaranteed returns and had glowing testimonials plastered all over social media. I did my due diligence or so I thought. The website was sleek. The customer support was responsive. They even had a fake interview with someone posing as a Forbes analyst. Everything felt real. So I invested. First, $10,000. Then, when I saw “profits” accumulating in my dashboard, I added more. Within 3 months, I had poured in $144,000 my entire life savings. Then one morning, I logged in and everything was gone. The site was offline. The Telegram group vanished. No emails were being returned. It hit me like a freight train I had been scammed. I couldn’t eat. I couldn’t sleep. My anxiety spiraled. I had let my guard down and now I was broke. I felt like a complete failure. That’s when someone in a victim support forum mentioned Malice Cyber Recovery. Honestly, I was skeptical. At that point, I didn’t trust anyone. But after reading more about their work helping people recover funds from crypto scams and wire fraud, I decided to reach out. From the very first consultation, they treated me with compassion not as just another case. They walked me through their digital forensic process, asked for wallet addresses, email trails, and even identified the offshore exchange that was laundering the stolen funds. To my shock, within eight weeks, they managed to track and recover nearly 80% of my lost money about $114,000. They even worked with legal authorities to freeze the remaining assets tied to the wallet that scammed me. It wasn’t just about the money it was about reclaiming my life. Without them, I’d still be stuck in that dark place, full of guilt and shame. I know many people don’t believe recovery is possible, but Malice Cyber Recovery gave me hope and they delivered. To anyone who’s been scammed and thinks it’s over: don’t give up. There is help out there. Just make sure it’s the right kind and for me, that was Malice.
