Youth (Adult S, Adult M, Adult L). Finished circumference (unstretched) approx 16 (18, 20, 22)” [40.5 (46, 51, 56 cm]; 8 (8, 9, 9)” [20 (20, 23, 23) cm] tall with brim folded.
Needles:
Size A (for body): US 9 (5.5 mm): 16” (40 cm) circs, longer circ for magic loop, or DPNs, per knitter preference.
Adjust needle size if necessary to obtain the correct gauge.

Sloane Rosenthal is the co-founder of Hudson + West Co. In addition to her line of self-published patterns, her knitwear designs have been featured in Interweave Knits, Knit.Wear, Wool Studio, and By Hand Serial.
